Forest Friends Refund Policy

Overview

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every tree you plant with us at https://greeninitiative.eco/forest-friends/. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, or simply change your mind, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds can not be transfered to another person or entity.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and appear in your account.

Please note that in the event of a refund, the associated tree planting certificate will become unavailable. The tree planting certificate is generated upon successful completion of the purchase and is intended to acknowledge your contribution to our ecosystem restoration and reforestation efforts. As the refund would invalidate the original transaction, we kindly ask for your understanding that the tree planting certificate cannot be retained or issued for refunded orders.
